I have no desire to know how many weekends I have left. Our Lord God has determined the length of my
days and when I will be taken. Yes,
every person will die once, but your question is when, where and how a person
dies, only God knows and this is the way it should be. When I die, I have been promise a resurrected
body and will be a King and Priest during the Millennium.
James tells me my life is like a vapor, appears for
a little time and then vanishes. Yes, I
know my days are numbered, but we are
given encouraging words that days of our lives are seventy years; which I have passed, but
even better news, reason of strength are 80 years, if I am healthy, yet when I
was younger, in my prime years there were troubles and sorrow.
So, no I do
not know how many weekends I have left and I do not want to know. It is only by the grace of God that we live as long as we do.
Blessings

Psa 90:9-10
NKJV For all our days have passed away
in Your wrath; We finish our years like a sigh.
(10) The days of our lives are seventy years; And if by reason of strength they are eighty
years, Yet their boast is only labor and sorrow; For it is soon cut
off, and we fly away.

away.
Job 14:5
NKJV Since his days are determined, The number of his months is with

Psa 39:4-5
NKJV "LORD, make me to know my end,
And what is the measure of my days, That I may know how frail I am. (5)
Indeed, You have made my days as handbreadths, And my age is
as nothing before You; Certainly every
man at his best state is but vapor. Selah
1Th 4:13-17
NKJV But I do not want you to be
ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as
others who have no hope. (14) For if we believe that Jesus died and rose
again, even so God will bring with Him
those who sleep in Jesus. (15) For this we say to you by the word of the
Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will
by no means precede those who are asleep.
(16) For the Lord Himself will
descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the
trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ
will rise first. (17) Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in
the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with
the Lord.
