Where did the Giants
come from May

I really did not want to cover this subject. To understand this, we need to set aside what we have been taught, look at
what is written in the Scriptures. This
is only way we can understand many parts of the Bible.
My goal is not to convince
you, but to look at what the Scriptures are actually saying come to your own
conclusions.
Proverbs 18:13 He who
answers a matter before he hears it, It is folly and shame to
him.
Set aside some of our prejudices we may have,
and let look at this and read what the words actually say.
Jesus was asked by the disciples what will
the end happen, Jesus said,
Matthew 24:4 And Jesus answered and said to them:
"Take heed that no one deceives you.
There are things we cannot explain, UFO’s
(lights), haunted houses, Prince of Persia vs Michael (Dan 10:13), ghosts, Near-death
experiences, psychic powers, Ouija board, paranormal activity. We know Satan and His Princes and demons are
involved. There are different levels of
authority.
What does the Days of Noah really mean, the
Biblical View. Jesus gives a strange
warning about His 2nd coming
Matthew 24:37 But as
the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
What does that mean? Do we really have any idea what it means, but
a day of great sinfulness. What is today
like, right now.
Let’s look at Chapter 6 of Genesis and maybe
it will impact our understanding of the Old Testament and prophecy. This verse is not very clear, but the words
and their meaning are scary.
Notice, verse 1 and 2 are a single
sentence. There is some confusion when
we split this sentence into two sentences.
Genesis 6:1-2 Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of
the earth, and daughters were born to
them, (2) that the sons
of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all
whom they chose.
Men began to multiply: just men
in general, sons of God is different.
“Sons of God”: Who is this?
They took wives for themselves: doesn’t sound like the girls had much choice
in the matter
Sons of God, Bene HaElohim, to understand what it means, we need to
examine rest of the Bible.
Up front, we will discover that this phrase is used as a direct “creation
of God.” We know, Adam was was a son of
God, because he was a direct creation of God.
Eve was not, she was created from Adam.
He became sinful and we, now, are known as sons of Adam, because we have
the same genetic defect, sin. Therefore,
we will die. This is why we are call,
humans, sons of Adam.
Sons of God (Bene HaElohim) always refers to a direct creation by
God. The only ones we know of that are a
direct creation of God, is Adam and the Angels.
This phrase in the Bible is always is used for angels.
Let’s look at some verses that shows the usage of sons of God with
angels.
Job 1:6 Now there was a
day when the sons of God came to
present themselves before the LORD, and Satan also came among them.
Job 2:1 Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves
before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the
LORD.
Job 38:7 When the morning
stars sang together, And all the sons of
God shouted for joy?
What about us, if we have the Holy Spirit in us.
John 1:11-13 He came unto his own, and his own received
him not. (12) But as many as received him, to them gave he power to
become the sons of God, even
to them that believe on his name: (13) Which were born, not of
blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
John explains it
Matthew 5:9 Blessed are
the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons
of God.
John 3:5-6 Jesus answered,
"Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit,
he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
(6) That which is born of the
flesh is flesh, and that which is born
of the Spirit is spirit.
Luke 20:34-36 Jesus
answered and said to them, "The sons
of this age marry and are given in marriage. (35)
But those who are counted worthy to attain that age, and the
resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage; (36) nor can they die anymore, for they are
equal to the angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.
Romans 8:14 For as many as
are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons
of God.
Romans 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creation
eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons
of God.
Galatians 3:26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.
We, you and I, are a direct creation of God,
if we have the Holy Spirit. A new birth
is involved, an actual creative birth, change, that takes place. When we receive Jesus Christ, that is what it
is called a new birth. We are now, a
direct creation of God. This is a real
event that happens in our lives and our lives will be changed.
There is a 2nd view which is accepted today. (other view,
Lines of Seth (good) and Daughters of Cain (bad), not to comingle. No Scripture proof for this. The church accepted this teaching in the 5th
Century.
As I showed, Sons of God is always used for angels in the Old Testament.
This view, is not taught by the churches, is it speculations, probably, probably
not.
Genesis 6:3-4 NKJV And the LORD said, "My Spirit shall not
strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be
one hundred and twenty years."
(4) There
were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of
men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men
of renown.
Also afterward: It did not end with the flood.
The flood was universal and the flood dealt with it, but we will find
this same thing happens after the flood.
Renown: by implication honor, authority, character:
Genesis 6:4 ISV The Nephilim were on the earth at that time
(and also immediately afterward), when those divine beings were having sexual
relations with those human women, who gave birth to children for them. These
children became the heroes and legendary figures of ancient times.
Genesis 6:4 YLT The fallen ones were in the earth in those
days, and even afterwards when sons of God come in unto daughters of men, and
they have borne to them--they are the heroes, who, from of old, are the men of
name.
Giants,
Nephilim, fallen ones: nef-eel',
nef-eel', a bully or tyrant: - giant.
These are fallen angels, bad guys. When they found some way to make children
with women, they gave birth to hybrid or crossbreed, an offspring.
They were different from their parents, part
human and part not human. These were the
Nephilim. Nations have some type of
Ancient Legends about these individuals.
This idea is very distributing to many
people, even here, stocks many individuals.
But let’s keep an open mind and see what the Scriptures says. Let’s see what implications this might have,
not just the flood of Noah, but rest of the Old Testament.
The Greek translation in the Sep-tu-agint is gigantes, gigas, means
giants, earth-born.
Interesting side: Geneges is the
same Greek word used in Greek mythology for “Titans,” creatures emerging from
interbreeding of the Greek gods with human beings. Genea, means “breed,” or “certain kind.” The English words “genes” and “genetics” come
from the same root. This is where this
came from.
Genesis 6:9 These are
the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.
Perfect in his generations: without blemish,
without spot, undefiled
Noah genes was not tainted with these fallen
angels. Human race was becoming tainted
by these angel. Satan wanted to stop the
Savior from coming. Confirm from 2 different places in the Bible.
Jude 1:6-7 And the angels who did not keep their proper domain,
but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness
for the judgment of the great day;
(7) as Sodom and Gomorrah, and
the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves
over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an
example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
These Angels did something wrong as Jude explains.
2 Peter 2:4-5 For if
God did not spare the angels who sinned,
but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of
darkness, to be reserved for judgment;
(5) and did not spare the ancient
world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a preacher of
righteousness, bringing in the flood on the world of the ungodly;
Peter links these angels with Noah.
Question, we now know scientist are doing
genetic transfers of human DNA into animals suggest that we are entering the
period which Jesus liken to the “days of Noah.”
Genesis 6:12-13 So God
looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted
their way on the earth. (13) And God said to Noah, "The end of all
flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them;
and behold, I will destroy them with the earth.
Daniel 2:43 As you saw iron
mixed with ceramic clay, they will
mingle with the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, just
as iron does not mix with clay.
What are they, future DNA individuals or giants, in our future. Interesting phase.
When Moses sent his twelve spies to check out the Land of Canaan, they
came back with the report of giants in the land. (The very term used was
Nephilim.) Their fear of those terrifying creatures resulted in their being told
to wander in the wilderness for 38 years.
When Joshua and the nation Israel later
entered the land of Canaan, they were instructed to wipe out every man, woman
and child of certain tribes. That
strikes us in the heart as severe. It
would seem that in the Land of Canaan, there again was a “gene pool
problem.” These Rephaim, Nephilim, and
others seem to have been established as an advance guard to obstruct Israel’s
possession of the Promised Land. This is
the strategy of Satan.
Post flood Nephilim - Rephaim, Emim, Horim, Zamsummin
Were known also had 6 fingers and 6 toes
Genesis 14:5 In the
fourteenth year Chedorlaomer and the kings that were with him came and
attacked the Rephaim in Ashteroth Karnaim, the Zuzim in Ham, the Emim in Shaveh
Kiriathaim,
Numbers 13:33 There we
saw the giants (the descendants of Anak
came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and
so we were in their sight."
Joshua 11:22 None of
the Anakim were left in the land of
the children of Israel; they remained only in Gaza, in Gath, and in Ashdod.
Deuteronomy 2:10-11 (The Emim had dwelt there in times past, a people as great and
numerous and tall as the Anakim.
(11) They were also regarded as
giants, like the Anakim, but the Moabites call them Emim.
Deuteronomy 2:12 The
Horites formerly dwelt in Seir, but the descendants of Esau dispossessed them
and destroyed them from before them, and dwelt in their place, just as Israel
did to the land of their possession which the LORD gave them.)
Deuteronomy 3:11 "For
only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of the giants. Indeed his
bedstead was an iron bedstead. (Is it not in Rabbah of the people
of Ammon?) Nine cubits is its length and four cubits its width,
according to the standard cubit.
Og’s iron bed measured 6 feet wide by 13½ feet long!
Goliath
1 Samuel 17:39-40 David fastened his sword to his armor and tried to walk, for he had
not tested them. And David said to Saul, "I cannot walk with these,
for I have not tested them." So David took them off.
(40) Then he took his staff in his hand; and he
chose for himself five smooth stones from the brook, and put them in a
shepherd's bag, in a pouch which he had, and his sling was in his hand. And he
drew near to the Philistine.
1 Samuel 17:49-51 Then David put his hand in his
bag and took out a stone; and he slung it and struck the Philistine in
his forehead, so that the stone sank into his forehead, and he fell on his face
to the earth. (50) So David prevailed over the Philistine with a
sling and a stone, and struck the Philistine and killed him. But there was
no sword in the hand of David. (51) Therefore David ran and stood over the
Philistine, took his sword and drew it out of its sheath and killed him, and
cut off his head with it. And when the Philistines saw that their champion was
dead, they fled.
Why five stones? Did you know
that Goliath had four brothers! David
was ready take them all on! Ishbibenob, Saph, Lami and another unnamed, all brothers of Goliath. All were sons of “the giant,” were called
Anakim, also Rephaim.
2 Samuel 21:16-22 Then Ishbi-Benob, who was one of the sons of the giant, the weight of whose bronze spear was
three hundred shekels, who was bearing a new sword, thought he
could kill David.
(17) But Abishai the son of Zeruiah came to his
aid, and struck the Philistine and killed him. Then the men of David swore to
him, saying, "You shall go out no more with us to battle, lest you quench
the lamp of Israel."
(18) Now it happened afterward that there was
again a battle with the Philistines at Gob. Then Sibbechai the Hushathite
killed Saph, who was one of
the sons of the giant.
(19) Again there was war at Gob with the
Philistines, where Elhanan the son of Jaare-Oregim the Bethlehemite killed the brother of Goliath
the Gittite, the shaft of whose spear was like a weaver's beam.
(20) Yet again there was war at Gath, where there
was a man of great stature, who
had six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot, twenty-four in
number; and he also was born to the giant.
(21) So when he defied Israel,
Jonathan the son of Shimea, David's brother, killed him. (22) These
four were born to the giant in Gath, and fell by the hand of David and by
the hand of his servants.
1 Chronicles 20:5 Again there was war with the Philistines, and Elhanan the son of Jair
killed Lahmi the brother of Goliath the Gittite, the
shaft of whose spear was like a weaver's beam.
Gilgal Rephaim: “The
Circle of Rephaim”
This monument consists of 5 circles including 20-ton stones (diameter =
155 meters ). Dated: 3000 B.C.; built on flat plateau; only visible from above.
It is located east of the Jordan in the Golan Heights area called Bashan and is
cattle raising county,. The land was
given to the half tribe of Manasseh. There are still demonic feelings there
even today.
It is interesting that the Rephaim were not conquered in the areas of
Gaza, Hebron and Golan Heights – and those remain strongholds of the PLO
Related to this day.
The Bulls of Bashan (something to
think about)
Psalms 22 opens up with My God, My God, why have You forsaken me? Christ on the cross.
Psalms 22:12 Many
bulls have surrounded Me; Strong bulls of Bashan have encircled Me. (I suspect this is a demonic phase.)
Let’s read these verses again.

Pawnee
Account

were in the sandhills, scouting the Niobrara country, the Pawnee Indians
brought into camp some very large bones, one of which the surgeon of the
expedition pronounced to be the thigh bone of a human being. The Indians said the bones were those of a
race of people who long ago had lived in that country. They said these people were three times the
size of a man of the present day, that they were so swift and strong that they
could run by the side of a buffalo, and, taking the animal in one arm, could
tear off a leg and eat it as they ran.
“These
giants, said the Indians, denied the existence of a Great Spirit. When they heard the thunder or saw the
lightning, they laughed and declared that they were greater than either. This so displeased the Great Spirit that he
caused a deluge. The water rose higher
and higher till it drove these proud giants from the low grounds to the hills
and thence to the mountains. At last
even the mountaintops were submerged and the mammoth men were drowned.
After the
flood subsided, the Great Spirit came to the conclusion that he had made men
too large and powerful. He therefore
corrected his mistake by creating a race of the size and strength of the men of
the present day. This is the reason, the Indians told us, that the man of
modern times is small and not like the giants of old. The story has been handed
down among the Pawnees for generations, but what is its origin no man can say.”
