Psalm 121 and my reflection

Psalm 121 and my reflection
I found this Psalm very interesting.  “I life up my eyes to the hills” and what do I see is the City of Jerusalem in my mind’s eye.  I have not been to Jerusalem, but have read many things, looked at photos and aerials of the area around Jerusalem and what individuals have told me.  I look forward to the Millennium Temple in the home city of our Lords Throne in the City of the Lords or Jerusalem.  I can see why this Psalm is a Song of Ascents, going up to Jerusalem.
We are given a promise of “sun shall not strike me by day, Nor the moon by night.”

We know during the day, the sun can be so hot that it can give me sun-stroke which can head up the head and pass out and often fatal.  Whereas, when the moon comes out, it can be so cold that one can die from the cold at night.  Such extreme in weather that is like in desert like land.

Very interesting Psalm.

Psalms 121:1-8 NKJV  A Song of Ascents. I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help?

(2)  My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.

(3)  He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber.

(4)  Behold, He who keeps Israel Shall neither slumber nor sleep.

(5)  The LORD is your keeper; The LORD is your shade at your right hand.

(6)  The sun shall not strike you by day, Nor the moon by night.

(7)  The LORD shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul.

(8)  The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in From this time forth, and even forevermore.
