Which feast uses leaven bread? What is its significance?

This was something new to me that I did not realize about the use of leaven bread with the Feast of Pentecost or Feast of Weeks.  The first Time I saw this question on a quiz, now do not read this, I missed the question.  For some reason, I totally missed what the leaven meaning was.  Since it is called, as the first fruits unto the Lord in Lev 2 and 23, we realize that the Body of Christ or the church is called the first fruits.  The Body of Christ is made up of Israelites and Gentiles.  This is the start of the New Testament Church.  As aside, I found interesting, the Lev 2 tells us not to burn any yeast or honey (leaven) with fire.  Why not?  What I see is that we are the Body of the Church and we are to be at the Wedding Supper to receive our rewards as we each have overcome.  As the old term says, we are the saved ones.  What happen to the ones who name was not found written into the book of life, they were thrown into the lake of fire.  This is saying that the first fruits will not be burned up.  I pray that there will be very few.  Blessings.

Stephen

(Lev 23:17 KJV)  Ye shall bring out of your habitations two wave loaves of two tenth deals: they shall be of fine flour; they shall be baken with leaven; they are the firstfruits unto the LORD.

(Amos 4:5 KJV)  And offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving with leaven, and proclaim and publish the free offerings: for this liketh you, O ye children of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.

(Lev 2:11-12 NIV)  "'Every grain offering you bring to the LORD must be made without yeast, for you are not to burn any yeast or honey in an offering made to the LORD by fire. {12} You may bring them to the LORD as an offering of the firstfruits, but they are not to be offered on the altar as a pleasing aroma.

(Rev 20:12-15 NIV)  And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. {13} The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what he had done. {14} Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. {15} If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
